I placed an order for 2 medium 1 topping pan pizzas and boneless wings well done dry with bbq on the side and plates and napkins. Easy enough right? WRONG!!! All I got was the 2 pizzas and a side of BBQ sauce and a manager that called me being nothing but combative and extremely rude and inappropriate! In other words she was saying I was lieng! It says that their calls are recorded so I asked her to listen to my call and she couldn’t do that?! I called the original number that I placed the order thru and it was the same girl that I placed my order thru and she apologized and told me that she was Arabic and may have misunderstood my order. She repeated it back to me so I’m not sure what she misunderstood and her nationality has nothing to do with it! Such a shame that my husband and I were treated like dirt over some boneless wings! I’ve worked in the restaurant industry and I would never treat a customer the way this manager just treated me! To top it off they were suppose to transfer me to a different manager but instead they hung up on me! All we wanted was what we ordered and all we got was the worst customer service we have ever experienced and treated like a piece of trash! If you feel like fighting and arguing for food then by all means, call Pizza Hut in Woodlawn Ohio! I see now why so many have told us to stay away from this location! Such a shame!
