  Your general manager, Scott, at 2723 Short Vine St, 45219, told me he could not provide a replacement for the two sodas that fell on the ground and rolled away. I accepted that and stated I would be filing a complaint. He then responded, “Guess what? Those complaints come to me.” After I said I would still be making a complaint, he told me I would not be receiving replacements for the other items that were dropped either, which felt like retaliation for expressing my intent to report the issue. Following this interaction, I called the store again and multiple employees hung up on me immediately after I provided my name. This leads me to believe they were instructed to do so. Due to this experience, I no longer feel comfortable ordering from this Papa John’s location and will not be ordering from it again. I am requesting that this situation be reviewed seriously by corporate management. And I will be looking into filing a lawsuit against this papa johns location and General Manager.

  They used door dash to deliver my food. It was cold . And I didn't getu 2 liter of soda I paid for. Called and said we can give you a credit. This the second time. First time was food missing and never got credited

  Doordasher POV: First time here the manager I assume (pale robust male) was pretty rude. Every other time I have picked up here (several times a week) the staff even busy and understaffed have been so polite and sweet. Last night sept. 18 I came 2-3 times to pick up doordash orders. The same young man waited on me. He was professional, kind and responsive to me asking questions and double checking the order. He double checked the order as well and notices he forgot the 2 liter and promptly got it for me. He also apologized for his oversight. He is a gem to your store. Please treat him well and give him a raise!

  Horrible service. Promised delivery in 30-45 minutes. Came 1 hour 15 min. Person taking order was clueless - she got the phone number wrong, accidentally hung up on me. I live hear them but will not order from them if you want any guarantee on delivery time
