    Staff did not believe i placed an order when i was charged and was given the notification that food was delivered. Was told to wait 10 minutes to see. When i called back, the manager tried to say the order was never placed, that there was nothing in the system, and when they finally find my order in the server, the manager says "theres nothing i can do, and i believe in my driver delivered the food". I may have gotten a refund eventually (who knows if it actually show up), but i will not be ordeing again. Doordash did a better job finding my place.

    I didn't get any food, because the female that just answered Norwood Papa Johns phone is saying Large pizza is 19.99 not 16.99... Guess my children & I figure out whatelse will have for dinner tonight.
