    I ordered delivery and supposedly the driver called the phone number and said it didn’t work but the phone number is perfectly fine and no call came through. I was watching out for a car and there was no topper showing if a car was from papa Jon’s or not. The driver left and said they wouldn’t come back because they didn’t feel safe. And I was given no option because I couldn’t pick my order up. Had no reason other than “not safe”.

    We got the exstream garlic stuff crust pizza with pepperoni. No flavor at all! I also ordered a steak hoagie with mushroom sauce and extra cheese. You couldn’t find the cheese and the bottom of the bun was so hard you couldn’t bite into it and I don’t have dentures! I feel like I should get a refund but I’m 100% sure I won’t. I’m from out of town and would not recommend.

    Susie the manager was rude and nasty over the dough not being done on a pepperoni pizza ! We will never return. Tell me what the cost per person matter. Told her we would bring it back and she said we need brownie back also . You can have it refund our money RUDE
