  I don't know about the other locations, but the Finneytown location is terrible! The workers are nice, but the pizzas are always disappointing! They skimp on ingredients and sauce, no matter how plead with them. And if they offer a special (forget it), you will barely get anything on it. I said that I wasn't going to go back to them for awhile after my previous disappointing experiences, but they had a special, so I thought I'd give them another try.....Disappointed again! So now it's back to Domino's where I've been getting my pizzas 🍕 lately, and they're pretty good. Their ingredients aren't always end to end on the pizzas, but at least they're on there, and they don't skimp on them! It wasn't always like this with Papa Johns.....don't know what happened?

  My wife and I order from the store on Winton Rd just about every week. Tonight was awful and we will never give them our business again. I placed an order online for pick up at 5. I got to the store at 5 picked up the pizza. The box was warm but not hot like normal. We live 5 minutes from the store. Long story short the pizza was cold as ice . I went back to the store asked for a refund and for a fresh pizza . They gave me a refund but refused to make a fresh pizza. I asked to speak to the manager . He was rude and refused to do anything . Long story short they lost a customer tonight .
