    They do not staff for in person service. You will wait 20 minutes if arriving in person. Each time I come it is the same experience.

    Panera is a go-to when traveling because of the consistency. Unfortunately, this location is an exception. When we walked in, we saw an employee run her finger under her nose and then pick up the paper in the bakery section to pick up something - no gloves and didn't wash her hands. This was the same employee who took our order and she greeted us with "What do you need". Should have left at this point. She tried to cover by asking personal questions which just made it worse. On mine, she entered a different sandwich than what I ordered but due to time, I went ahead. It was a toasted sandwich but the chicken inside was cold - not sure how that happened. And the salad did not have the usual good flavor. At a minimum, this is one location that could strongly benefit from kiosk ordering to overcome poor service skills. I strongly suggest bypassing this,, go across 71 to the other side where there are much better options.

    Ordered a single cup of their soup which I know comes in a bag and gets heated up, it took over an hour for them to prepare. What are yall doing?

    Everything needs to be cleaned. The microwave was filthy. Muzak is torture. Food OK but not worth eating in.
