There has been a few times that we have ordered via the app only to discover that they didn't have an ingredient, like the strawberries for their strawberry poppy-seed salad, and made ZERO effort to let us know ahead of time or even when picking up the food. Credits are always given when we've called to complain, so at least they TRY to make up for it. Food is fine. It's Panera.

I went back and I told the young african american kid that I needed the guy in the drive thru because I’m missing food. He started cursing at me and threatening me. He needs to reevaluate his character because his personality sucks. This location sucks bad. Colerain Ave needs a whole new staff, nobody knows what they’re doing here. They are just here to make money and it definitely shows. 👎🏽 P.S Thank you HR for going further with this and thank you for the rewards you gave me. I appreciate that so much!
