- LPLee PierceJan 29, 20261.0So I usually always go to Eastgate Panera and I won't make the mistake of going to beechmont happen again! Even though front counter did great taking my order he was very nice! I get my food and I get where I'm going and I have time to sit down for a second and eat so I always order a tuna on cheese focaccia bagel with no lettuce no tomato and extra pickles on the side and I always expect to be charged for those pickles! But there was no pickles at all and that's how I eat my meal so now my meal has gone to shit and I called and after the third time of having to call back, I finally get an answer, and I explained my situation to the lady that answered the phone And she was beyond rude and I couldn't even get a full sentence out without me and interrupted. She yelled well pickles are free and I said not when I ask for extra of them and not win you don't give me any at all and it cost me my whole meal because literally that's how I enjoy my meal so after Me calling another store come to find out She is the GM. I am not gonna put her name here because unlike her I'm not gonna be disrespectful, but Anyways, I guess you can call me the pickle monster lol because that's the way she made me feel like WTH Panera ?!
