    Family took me for a big juicy steak, and I was so well pleased with the food and the service. Bone-in ribeye steak was tender, juicy and delicious! Thank you so much!

    I went here just today, and it was very disappointing. Our steaks were hard and chewy, very tough, almost inedible. My boyfriend ordered a steak with a side of double regular fries, and I ordered a steak with a side of double loaded fries. They messed up his order and put loaded fries with his order. They did kindly replace them but the service overall of our server was not to my liking, she was nice, but very inattentive, we seen her maybe a total of 3 times. The wait time for our food to come out was quite long, just for my steak to come out cold. We had originally requested for a booth as well, they said they only had a half booth half table available, & sat us at a regular table, then after the 2 men who got seated right immediately after us, got seated in an open booth. We requested once again to be seated in a booth & they were willing to accommodate, but once again service was overall disappointing as it shouldn’t take numerous times to accommodate a simple request. I really never write reviews about anywhere, but this place was genuinely so disappointing to the point that I had to.

    Ate here yesterday for the first time. Food was great and the customer service was great and the guys were very nice and professional about the job. Only complaint is I like tipping in cash or least having the option. Idk if I read the machine wrong which I don't think I did but you don't get the option to not tip bc of service or just like me you rather give them cash to insure they get it all. I couldn't pay unless leaving a tip first, which is the first place I've ate that done that. So no chance of paying via cash. Tip is a must here. Tho they deserved it and every bit of it, I still don't like being forced into handing out more money without option other than custom tip and set percent tips. Good place tho

She handled my concerns, which I believed were unfair, with such precision and care that there was no room left for me to continue complaining. Sharon listened carefully to my experience and took immediate and appropriate action, treating me not as a difficult customer, but as a valued guest — even as a partner who could help Outback Steakhouse grow. Through this experience, I understood why Sharon holds an important position. Despite the initial issue, I truly trust Sharon’s professionalism and appreciate the way she handled the situation.

    The food was okay, but a few of my food items were burnt, and our waiter had the worse customer service, we seen her twice the whole time! Which was to take our order then bring our appetizer she never came to check on us or to see if we needed anything! We tried getting her attention while she talked to an older man for the majority time of our visit flirting and me and my friend tried getting her attention saying excuse me super respectfully because we were ready to go and she looked me and my friend dead in our face and ignored us to continue talking to this man and I felt as if that was horribly rude and it wasn’t super busy! She Didn’t bring us any to go boxes or bags not even our checks!! we had to flag down another woman that was running around actually doing her job to finish out everything OUR waiter didn’t do thank god for her she was super sweet!!
