  Steve was our server. We got in and out quickly. Food was good and as ordered. Steve did a fantastic job.

  Our waitress was a bit more concerned with her family seated at a table close to us. My husband had to go to the greater to get steak sauce and we sat for an additional 15 minutes after eating waiting for go boxes because yet again our server was visiting with her family. I was brought mayonnaise that had turned due to sitting out. I asked for new and was told there was nothing wrong with it. This was an unfortunate one off of normally great service. However the amount of dust on the decor, walls, and light fixtures was horrible. Every time someone walked by our table the dust stirred around dancing in the sunlight over our table. Cleanliness in a restaurant is mandatory. Overall it wasn't our best experience.

  We submitted an order that was never fulfilled and so we made a request of a reimbursement. After calling several times to get a refund, we were told “oh yeah, our manager mentioned something about that.” Then nothing… After 3 weeks, instead of getting our money back, we got a gift card in the mail… What a joke.

  First, the service was top notch all the way around. The low review has to do with the food. My wife and I probably eat here maybe 6 times per year, though it has been awhile. We ate there 2/17/26 because while deciding where to eat, we decided Outback for the blooming onion. Ordered the BO as an appetizer. We both ordered the 3 course meal. Wife - the burger and fries with a salad Me- ribs, baked potato (with only butter, SC and chives)Came out loaded (and I assume paid extra) and a salad. The blooming onion was super greasy. We actually did not eat much of it. The ribs had blackish scale like something toward the bones Never seen that before. I did not eat much of them. Everything went right through us and our stomachs are doing flip flops today. Food poisoning? Since we are both sick, I’m guessing it was the salads. As paying there was a survey regarding the ribs. And I now wonder why? As a rib connoisseur, these were not appetizing at all and kind of gross to be honest. On the way home we both decided that we will not be back. It seems to me that Outback is cutting corners and serving subpar food. So disappointing

  Everything has been great. Our server, Tayler was wonderful and the cooks did a fantastic job on the steak! She made sure our food was good and that it came out quick, she went thru and set up my Outback gift card from the zillions website for me because I could not figure it out, and she got me set up with a rewards account! This was our first time eating here as we just moved here from Illinois, and we will be coming back often! Food did not take long at all and the atmosphere was amazing!
