I don't know what people want... it's McDonald's. Sometimes they forget a fry or whatever, but they ask no questions if you go in or back around. Usually this location gets my order right and they workers seem glad to be there... how many McDonald's do you go to you can just tell the crew hates it.

This was one of the most unprofessional and disturbing experiences I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. On New Year’s Eve around 1:00 a.m., we sat in the drive-thru at the Old 74 Eastgate location (advertised as 24-hours) for nearly an hour just to reach the speaker. While waiting, the manager repeatedly cursed at customers over the drive-thru speaker, telling one vehicle to “get the hell out” and dropping F-bombs—all while children were sitting in cars listening. It didn’t stop there. We then watched the manager leave the store, walk to the Wawa next door, and drink in the parking lot. Shortly after 2:00 a.m., a different employee came on the speaker and told everyone they were no longer serving anyone and to leave, despite customers having already paid through the mobile app and receiving no food. Kids sat in the car for over an hour, food was paid for but never received, and customers were treated with complete disrespect. This wasn’t holiday stress—this was a total failure of management and professionalism. McDonald’s corporate seriously needs to investigate this location. Until then, I would strongly recommend avoiding this store, especially late at night. Not only that everything was captured on her cell phone via video and she wants to post it on social media to show everybody and that will reflect extremely horrifically bad on McDonald's.

Unknowingly watched my 'counter pickup' order being handed to an old woman, while I was waiting on it, because apparently the employee thought her name might have been Robert. No, I'm NOT joking. After waiting 15 minutes I asked the guy who did it about my order, and he had the nerve to ask if I "needed it remade". SERIOUSLY. No, I'm good with paying for something and you just helping someone else to it...

CHARGED ME FOR FOOD I DIDNT GET! Ok so due to the reviews it's obvious something is really wrong location. Everybody has high hopes for a new location and it's exciting especially whenever it's the closest one to you. Nobody wants to hear excuses that they are working out the " kinks" of being a new location because they've been open long enough first and foremost, second of all the types of issues that people are experiencing should not keep happening. People are not interested in excuses. They are interested in resolutions! It sounds like there needs to be an overhaul of the staff there or at least take a look at the management. Before even leaving my own review, I'm shocked to see that there is a 2.5 rating for McDonald's. That is laughable and sad! So, I go to get food today 12/25/25 at approximately 12:45pm. Went to the drive-thru and my child hands me their phone to use the app to get a code for a " deal". The order, " deal" was for 2 double cheeseburgers with cheese, ketchup, mayo & extra pickles only. That code that I gave to them also meant that you can redeem any size free fry( lukewarm) they wanted a large fry so I ordered that with the 2 dbl chz burgers & a large Sprite no ice. While the girl is ringing it in I noticed on the screen she added another cheeseburger . Not sure where she got that from but I never asked for a third cheeseburger. She removed it. We get to where we're going and after about 10 minutes that's when we see that there's only one cheeseburger. People don't have time on Christmas to go to go back and forth, spend more time, more gas which cost more money to go back up and get the food that they should have gotten the first time around. So what did I do? I TRIED to call TWICE before going back but did that do any good? NOPE! This location is terrible all around. They have a phone but they don't want to pick up the phone. You get charged for food that you don't get. Personally if it were me and I were the area manager I would definitely do an overhaul when it comes to that location there. It's understandable that things will happen from time to time but not like it's happening constantly to the degree that it's happening at this location. EDIT 12/26/25: I called back today , spoke to manager. He fixed it which I will say I am happy about. Made the trip up there the only thing I can say though which I've seen another person make a review about here is that they can be pretty messy when making your sandwiches. For instance there should not be a ton of ketchup all over your wrapper which is then all over the outside of your bun which in this case is the case. I am not going to turn back around though and go back up there again. You shouldn't need a napkin to wipe down your outside of your bun but you may need to. I just hope that people were using gloves when making the food because it's questionable whenever you have stuff smeared all over your sandwich like that on the outside of it. Because the manager picked up the phone right away when I called today, I will probably give this place one more shot but after if there's another hiccup I will just go back to Eastgate or Beechmont because they are not that far anyway. Especially since it cost me the extra time anyway to make a trip back that I otherwise would not have to most likely

Service wasn't too bad, had to come back inside because I had ordered a cheeseburger only pickle and was missing it from my order. Got back out to my car and there was a single pickle, not one underneath just one. The last time I came to order the same thing and had everything on it but pickle.
