  I came through at around 7:25 like I always do and let me tell you, I cannot sing enough praises about your morning staff- ESPECIALLY the two lovely women I encounter a lot. There's a grandmother at the register- love her. And then your all star is the lovely young woman who always smiles. I think she is a manager. She's always smiling and greets me by name even when I don't use the mobile app. She's one of the sweetest people ever and if McDonalds knows anything; do anything to keep her. She keeps me coming back! :)

  I ordered a meal through the McDonald’s drive-thru. When I asked for the total, the employee responded by shouting at me in a very disrespectful way.

  Had to repeat order multiple times on speaker bc worker was talking to friend & pull up to window to pay, her and friend were talking again while im holding out change and waiting. then she almost rang me for the wrong order without checking ! went to tell her i got 2 Large Cokes .. the friend was talking about me and cussing and being disrespectful bc i corrected her and said that wasn’t my order, wasn’t rude .. needless to say , very disrespectful employees, who threaten and cuss at customers over their wrong doing! i will be contacting corporate as well. Light skinned employee who smacks gum

  The food was horrible the burger bun was hard. They sent me to the wrong parking spot for pick up. Just a bad experience all the way around.

  Outrageous prices for what seems to be shrinking portions. Almost $4 for a double cheeseburger that could fit within the palm of my hand, without any overhang. Staff was never available if you needed to ask for anything, and the wait was very long. Most of the things that you should be able to get for yourself, like basic amenities such as napkins, salt, ketchup, were kept behind the counter, and you had to ask them to give you some. Nothing was hot & fresh, and certainly nothing tasted delicious. It was almost shameful to pay for something that is such a low quality, and such a child sized portion. The chicken strips were more like a type of nugget consistency that resembled the texture of the "Chicken rings" that you get at White Castle. It wasn't high quality white meat(as shown in the menu picture ), and certainly wasn't crispy at all, & they only came in a 3 piece or 4-piece, and I believe it was like $8.
