    Place an order on mobile app, have to wait 20+ minutes, then go inside. Finally get food, make it home and open the bag and see it's missing a quarter pounder with cheese. One of six items missing. Just to be told "We're busy". I guess if you're busy, accuracy and time don't matter, it just matters that the workers are busy.... unacceptable.

    Was told to wait at the second window, then they forgot about me for awhile, multiple cars driving by. Eventually a random employee yelled out the window "what're you waiting for?", I yelled back I was waiting for a large caramel frappe, 2 seconds later they gave it to me. Freaking COMMUNICATE to your team somebody is waiting for something, good freaking lord.

    Not sure how to share pics of this Big Mac that was a big mess. Dry as ever, no Mac sauce, very little lettuce and barely warm. Fries barely warm so it appears someone ordered this and it sat so the McDonald’s staff decided to sell it to me. Don’t bother giving me the link you ARE NOT going to look into ANYTHING or do ANYTHING. That’s what I get for buying it

    I went through the drive through an ordered 2 McDoubles and a large frie and only got half a large fries so I fell like someone legally stole my money atleast for the frie. Next time this happens I will return my food for a refund.

    Overall it is an okay McDonald's; however, there no fountain drink machines available for customers. What year is it? Even Wendy's has freestyle machines out in the open...I don't have any desire to stand at the counter and wait for a refill.
