The automated voice that asks “Will you be using the mobile app?” came on I said no and the next thing I know I hear the same automated voice in the other speaker meaning the person taking the orders switched speakers and started taking the order of the other person who pulled up in the drive thru after me. He switched back to my speaker at 11am and said breakfast is over. I told him that I was there before the other guy he said well he was the last one. He switched to the other guy and did not take my order and waited a minute to come back to the speaker. That is so unprofessional and I hate to say it but it could’ve been racially driven.
