The absolute worst food experience I have ever had on the planet. It has been my last resort for years because no other local food places have been open between certain hours whatsoever for years and I have been sick nearly every single time eating here but it's the only place open. Please for the love of God, someone else open a competing business to shut this trash down for once and for all.

Stopped and got breakfast one morning and I was disappointed. Waited in drive thru line for a while. When I did get a chance to order my food it was correct, but everything was cold except my hash browns. Cheese wasn’t melted on the breakfast sandwich, the sausage burrito was ok but not hot and my frappe was melted. I love McDonald’s but this location wouldn’t recommend.

Employees are not rude, somewhat warm and friendly but are also not competent. The communication between employees was poor and passive aggressive. Stood in there for 20 min waiting on a 1 combo order and watched them try give wrong orders to 10+ customers in the store and drive thru holding lane. They were far from understaffed but all seemed burned out with each other.
I appreciate that they were not taking it out by being rude to customers or having catfights with each other, but the manager/supervisors needed to step up and get things organized and have their team communicating properly.
Inside the lobby the customers were visibly frustrated but also respectful and asked about their orders without threats or insults. I could not observe drive thru customer behavior.
I would not write off this McDonalds based on one observation of slow disorganized service. Although as a customer it is frustrating, I commend the employees for remaining calm and moderately warm and friendly despite probably being frustrated with coworkers. Also my order was accurate and hot and good food by McDs standards
