  Id like go over what happened and share my experience here for others to know. Its 7:20PM on a Sunday. Doors are still unlocked, lights are still on. I walk in this McDonalds, theres a white man just sitting down, eating his food, and Eyeing me down like im some sort of criminal. I go to the Kiosk to order and one of the cashiers tell me that there dine in area is closed. The cashier was white too, and she didn't say anything about the man eating his food. This feels very racially motivated. Then I was told that I have to go to the drive-thru. 1. Not everyone has a car, and this McDonalds is in a very walkable area from my house. 2. Why didn't she, or any one else say anything about the man eating his food at one of the tables? 3. Why are yall closing yall doors at 7 PM? It makes no sense that your establishment values people with vehicles that could injure and kill a pedestrian, over someone willing to spend money there, and that walked a decent way to get there. You guys really need to step your game up. The amount of racism I just witnessed is outrageous, especially since im Black and have been to that McDonalds many times before with only one issue regarding a slushy one of your employees tried to scam out of me. No other restaurants have done this to me but this one. I will not be coming here again, or any McDonalds at that. Im not spending my money where racism resides.

  Its crazy to me that people still go to mcdonalds. Its like eating out the trash imo. I think its more rare to have a good experience then not. I now except for something to go wrong when going to trash donalds.

  Waited in the drive through line with only 2 cars in front of me with absolutely zero movement for 30 minutes. Line finally moves and I have to then still drive up to the window because no one is speaking on the speaker and I had to wave the lady down to get her to even acknowledge me and she just immediately told me to pull up. I pull up to the window and I was told that I cannot have my food and I have to go back around again because the first window lady didn’t check me in even though they had my food in their hand and I had my code

  Wonderful employees always give my husband the personal touch-- and yesterday, when I accompanied him, was no exception! One big problem, though... the floor was the slipperiest surface I have ever walked upon! I was wearing my newest barn boots with great tread, and there was a TRACE of rain here and there, but even the dry spots were treacherous. I couldn't even keep my feet under me at my seat! Just glad I didn't fall!

  Halfway through my fries with my 5 year old there were multiple fries were covered in green mold. I tried contacting the non busy restaurant ( I know it wasn’t busy because it was 5 minutes after I left) no response. I did call and report them to the health department since my daughter and I will end up sick from this. I’m beyond pissed. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and disgusting. Please if you care about you and your children’s health do not ever eat here
