  The place was so filthy everywhere. Dried ice cream spillings on the floor. Soda and French fries everywhere. The worst part ants on the trash bin. Omg close this place or clean it. If it is so dirty I can just imagine the food.

  This store is absolutely disgusting, as I sit here looking at the nasty lobby not touched at all, the manager walks out on his phone to the parking lot. Not much to expect from a McDonald’s but cleanliness is a plus!! Only reason we came to this location and did not leave was because the play place for the kids, but this definitely makes you wonder what the back of the kitchen looks like and how many food safety critical are back there !!

  You need to learn how to cook and fry food. It’s always terrible. Worst McDonald’s in greater Cincinnati.

  Ordered 2 $5 meals 1 plain MCchicken, the other one a Mcdouble with no cheese the cashier rang me in for two $ 5 McChicken meal which I didn’t know she did because she didn’t read back the order. I got my food and told them it was wrong and to remake it and they took the 2 mcChickens back and wrapped them up and sold them to other customers told them a second time they remade it they gave me a regular mcChicken and a McDouble with cheese also put 2 4 peice nuggets in the bag which we had already got because it’s included in the meal ! Just goes to show you they had no idea what was going on ! They took those 2 sandwiches and wrapped them back up and sold them then for a third time I told them to remake it. It still wasn’t correct so I just took the food and left.! This is ridiculous that it took them three times and still was not right !! Absolute worst experience I’ve had at McDonald’s
