it’s no wonder these companies are having record low numbers in profits. Their customer service is horrible!!!! Absolutely disgraceful. there’s clearly no push for employees to do their jobs correctly or even care. I ordered an M&M Mcflurry, they gave me just ice cream (no m&ms) in their new cheap, pos cups, so of course I said something and asked them politely to fix it. the employee was just soooooooo annoyed that god forbid I wanted an m&m mcflurry with m&m’s in it. god forbid I get what I overpaid for: so this is what they gave me……. a giant pile of m&m’s literally 90% of the cup was just m&ms with like not even half a scoop of ice cream, not blended. An absolute joke and i’m soooo happy to see McDonalds losing millions and millions of dollars lost with record breaking lowest quarterly profits. That makes me so happy because these are all so fixable issues yet they do nothing but expect people to put up with it. Picture below or my cup of m&ms (I got more m&m’s than a regular pack) 🤣🤣🤣🤣 last time I ever go to this location and I swear by that. A solemn oath to NEVER go back to this location.

I come everyday and get a medium fry extra salt, I get extra salt because they do not salt their fries today my boyfriend was yelled at by a worker saying that they can’t put extra salt on my fries because they come with salt and that we have to get it as is and we can have salt packets and then never gave us the salt packets I go through this everyday and it’s ridiculous and half the time the fries are cold and hard

This McDonalds has the worst customer service , I ordered a breakfast sandwich instead of it getting cooked when i arrived in the restaurant my food was sitting on the counter it was ice cold to the point the cheese was not melted on my sandwich i asked for a remake the employee caught an attitude. The restaurant is empty & no cars in the drive thru i don’t understand why they always getting mad when they have to do their job . It’s alway the same 2 old ladies in the restaurant in the morning when I go & they’re both rude . I wouldn’t even recommend eating here at this point the customer service sucks . This restaurant needs a new morning crew . The guy that makes the food is always nice & cool but the old ladies need a attitude check

Always behind, lack of friendliness today I ordered 1 latte 30min prior to picking up. Order was not ready. waited 10min where others in front of me said they had been there for 20mins. Still no service no one to talk to. Had to leave without my order and a loss of funds.

Typical McDonalds, employees aren’t the nicest and food is often not made properly. Sometimes takes way longer than it should like 20-30 minutes. Not horrible prices but are way too high for what it is. Use the app and get deals that’s the best bet and to pickup at the counter anything with drive thru is always a pain. They need to go back to being 24 hours and having an actual dollar menu.
