Went to the drive thru and was told to pull around to the side of the building for one big mac and two McChickens. The ticket says 12:34pm they had forgotten about me and I went inside at 1:00pm to get my order and it is now 1:06pm. Wasent the most pleasant service.

Every now and again there are no other options but to return to the ABSOLUTE WORST McDonald's in the world. The owner of this franchise should be absolutely ashamed of themselves with the cleanliness, food quality, service, promptness, and employee competency of this store. All are ZERO stars and a complete joke.
It is impossible to get the correct order here and it is even harder to get that order in under 30 minutes if there are more than 2 other customers in line.
Today I figured maybe if I use the mobile app they can't possibly get my order wrong and I won't have to wait my whole life to receive my food, right?
WRONG.
Put in a mobile order. Arrived at the store to find the drive thru backed up to the road so I went inside. When I went inside, the person in front of me was complaining to a manager about their incorrect order, so great start. After waiting 15 minutes behind him for the "management" to resolve his problem.... I stood for another 15 minutes before somebody came up to me and asked for my order. I gave them the mobile code that was placed 30 minutes prior. They had not even started my order yet.
So I canceled the order, left, and am here writing another terrible review for this terrible restaurant. No matter how much my kids beg, we are never coming back here again.
SHAME ON YOU OWNER. Get same damn pride and control over your operation.

Kaylee has consistently provided above and beyond customer service, and is always friendly and welcoming at the McDonald's on Delhi Pike. She has made a frazzled grandma's Happy Meal experience much happier. If she's not in management she should be as she understands the importance of customers to McDonald's.

Ordered only fries and a coke. And, it was right after they had switched from serving breakfast to lunch. The fries were horrible! They were cold and stale. They should have been piping hot and fresh but tasted like they had been sitting out all night and morning from the previous day.

This is the Delhi Pike McDonald's idea of a full large fry. Called and told them about it and was questioned if I was sure that I didn't eat some or they spilled in the car. Didn't offer to replace them or have any concern. Do not eat at this location!
