  Every time I walk in this place to order, there is never staff to greet you and takes 15 to 20 minutes for someone to finally come up front to the counter also The kiosk never work it doesn’t submit your order majority of the time so 9 times out of 10 I walk out with no food

  I started taking my kid in there every Saturday as it is quiet and he's on the spectrum with severe sensory issues. He'd quietly eat for 15 minutes or so while I drank coffee and read a book. They hired a young girl who wouldn't even say hello or respond when I'd say, hi how are you. I'd start telling her my order as she typed it in, but glaringly.. really nasty and cold. It completely ruined our weekly tradition as it began to become a very awkward experience. It's a shame because this location used to be better than most. Now it seems like it's become more of a Door Dash hub and the workers aren't remotely pleasant anymore. That girl seemed nasty with her coworkers too so I can't imagine her being much of an asset- just fire her

  The staff really needs a tutorial on accuracy. I have tried this place many times they just can't get orders right in the drive thru...they have had the same employees in place for at least a year. I would recommend that ALL customers at this location physically walk inside to place this order so when the employees give you the wrong order which they likely will you can hand it back to them or ask to speak to a manager who needs to rectify this situation. Would love to hear from management why the team here so consistently misses the mark. The food quality leaves a lot to be desired also. The location is convenient but I am still waiting for the staff to prove they are consistently up to the task. They do a good job about 1 out of 5 times and well 20 percent isn't great!

  I went there to meet and have coffee the coffee was very watered down they were supposed to bring it to our table but they did not and they got the order wrong woman supposed to be served black and one with cream I really like coffee but this coffee was not very good at all
