  Jan 5 2026 12 pm who ever the manager is that worked at this time curly short black hair is amazing keeping her team calm they are so busy there was like 100 ppl for doordash there being so mean for no reason and the line out side omg even worst but they were all still nice to me smiling no one got frustrated with the rude customers every one that worked at this date and time deserves a nice raise!

  The McDonald’s in Clifton, Ohio is nothing short of magical, and that honestly feels like an understatement the more I think about it, because every single time my family and I walk through those doors or pull through the drive-thru, it feels like stepping into a place where kindness, consistency, and genuine care somehow exist all at once, which is rare these days, and that’s exactly why we go almost every single day without hesitation. The service is beyond incredible—fast, friendly, and filled with staff members who somehow remember faces, orders, and treat everyone like they actually matter, not like just another customer passing through. There’s this warm, welcoming energy that makes even a quick stop feel special, whether it’s early in the morning, during a hectic lunch rush, or later in the evening when you’d expect people to be tired, yet they never are. The staff always go above and beyond with smiles, patience, and a level of professionalism that makes you feel taken care of, and it’s clear they genuinely enjoy what they do and care about the people they serve. My family has made so many everyday memories here—laughing at the table, grabbing comfort food after long days, and feeling oddly at home in a place that’s technically a fast-food restaurant but feels like so much more. The food is always fresh, the orders are always right, and the atmosphere is consistently positive, which speaks volumes about the people working behind the counter and in the kitchen. This McDonald’s isn’t just a place to eat; it’s a dependable, joyful part of our routine, a place that turns ordinary days into something brighter, and honestly, Clifton is lucky to have such an exceptional, magical McDonald’s filled with staff who make it unforgettable every single time.

  This location is not 24 hours. I placed my order through the McDonald's app and paid for it charged my credit card there were a whole bunch of employees or homeless people sleeping in the dining room but the person at the drive-thru window stated they were closed and I would get my money back refunded. Meanwhile I cannot use that money until it is refunded back in 7 days the app is saying. This is theft by deception it is against the law. It is also false advertising I do not recommend this McDonald's.
