  Had a customer drop a sit on me okay that happens I get it I asked for napkins from an employee the employee just stared at me like I was crazy and that I didn't need napkins even though he dropped a huge soda all over my pants in my purse. So now I'm going to work all sticky which is not what I was planning on doing their employees are rude and stuck up because all I'm asking for is a neck and I'm not asking for anything else how hard is it to hand over a napkin they're less than $1 a napkin. And if you didn't have napkins you could have just handed me some paper towels and then they just stared at the spill and didn't even move to clean it up. Won't be back. Not to mention my order was cold.

  This place is a joke they are so unprofessional and rude. The use lots of profanity and yell at each other about stuff that has nothing to do with McDonald's. This is by far the worst McDonald's in the country. Good luck I can't amage how much money they loose from people not coming back and it's located in a Rich neighborhood.

  How hard is it to follow instructions? I clearly stated on my receipt in the picture I wanted NO American cheese on my burger (due to being lactose intolerant) I ordered through DoorDash and my burger came with cheese... Now I can't leave my worksite due to working in healthcare and my dinner is messed up and I was not able to eat my burger Thanks McDonalds... How about hiring some competent people to make your burgers?
