Food was amazing! However, the greeter and hostess had the personality of a rock. They were not rude, but not warm or inviting. Customer service was lacking. Our waitress was very nice, but took forever and forgot items, so we had to remind her. Again, the food was great, but a few opportunities for improvement.

Food was OK, chewy. But Sam made up for it! She was fast, friendly, and very attentive to our needs. Thank you so much Sam can’t wait to come back to see you

Dined during Valentine's weekend with a 730pm reservation. Unfortunately we weren't seated until nearly 8pm. Our server promptly greeted us, got our waters, appetizer & drink orders & brought us fresh bread while we looked over the menu. While taking our order we swapped out green beans for brussels and opted to pay the upcharges, which seemed fine until the bill. Each swap was 6.50.. For all that I'd rather kept the crunchy green beans & ordered a FULL SIZE portion of the brussles. I felt THAT could've been explained when ordering. We chose the Strip Steak & the stuffed Salmon. The meals were enjoyable but we felt the Salmon meal was on the bland side. Overall the meal was decent but not as memorable as we'd hoped.

First we sat there for 20mins before I had to ask someone if we had a waitress, for us to sit another 5 mind till they figured it out. Then when they paired us up with one she was always missing OUT OF SIGHT, GONE, MIA 🙅‍♀️🤷‍♀️ Next I ordered a bottle of wine and that took another 20min to receive it. My husband ordered the double filet mignon which one of them was tender but not so much for the other, it was rather rubbery. I ordered oysters, with tabasco and horseradish, didn’t receive the Horseradish nor the utensils to eat them. On top of that the tabasco sauce was missing its insert so when I went to give the oysters a splash I poured every where😩! At this point I didn’t even bother to talk to anyone about any mishaps. The whole experience was so disappointing we just wanted to go. I was better off going to Texas Roadhouse if dinner was going to turn out all discombobulated. $244👎🏼 the drain HOW DISAPPOINTING

What a horrible experience... Waiter talked me into the Pork Chops, but then he came back and said they were out. He then put both my order and the Pork Chops (an additional $35) on our bill. He also tried to charge us for our appetizer (an additional $15), in spite of the fact that we gave him a coupon that made the appetizer free. He also basically insisted that my wife upgrade her mashed potatoes to the "lobster" mashed potatoes ($8), which were average at best. Adding insult to injury, in spite of the fact that the restaurant was basically empty, we were seated right next to a party of 10 that was there celebrating a birthday, and they were so ridiculously loud that it totally ruined our romantic night out.
