After 10 or so visits over the course of 7 years, I finally feel secure in my assertion that this place suffers from inattentive management and employees. Its always got some kind of mess on the floor. Not just at one of the booths but enough of the place is a mess to warrant mentioning it in a review. The food is consistantly good and brings back the happy memories of my time living in Cincinnati, but why can't anyone seem to keep this place clean? It is so consistantly messy, this location is the butt of our jokes as we head out the door to visit this Blue Ash location. The food is always the Larosa's we know and love. It is great! Love the food here!! Just had to say, this location is consistantly a mess.

From the presentation, to the food itself, it was an A+... 10 out of 10.
