Four emails, a Google review and a phone call later I still have not been refunded the $4.99 I was shorted and now I'm expected to make additional phone calls. I would avoid this franchise at all costs as they cannot get your order right nor make it less than a horrible hassle to receive a refund. Again LaRosa's used to be a customer focused local company that has since turned to crap. Lots of other places to spend your money. Ordered online for pickup and when getting home found one item was missing. I emailed the address that sent the order confirmation and they offered to leave a credit under my phone number to use next time I order. I informed them that was unacceptable that I expected a refund for what I paid for but did not receive. They replied with instructions on how I could call to initiate a credit. I paid for an order, did not receive what I paid for and I'm expected to put in effort to retrieve my money? Last time I order at LaRosa's, another formerly great company losing business due to lackluster customer support.

- PWPaul WestAug 23, 20251.0La Rosa’s has lost their way. Crust was not done, very doughy, meat was lukewarm and the cheese and sauce were not part of a unified pizza product. This is the way our last few have been. After YEARS we will be using the other varieties of pizza restaurants for takeout as many of the chains provide a much better and consistent pizza.
