  Came in before they were open unknowingly. Kimberly was very nice and made me a meal anyway. Everything was clean and tidy. Very happy!

  Placed a delivery order, order arrived 50 min after I placed the order. Bag had been opened, sandwich was soggy and pickle half eaten. I called the store, the person who answered the phone seemed sympathetic and agreed that was weird and said a manger would call me back. No call from anyone. This will be my last order with this JJ. Very disappointed and disgusted.

  AVOID – Belongs on Saturday Night Live I did not realize that Jimmy John’s is primarily a franchise, which means every location is distinct. Most of them follow the same guidelines. NOT THIS ONE! I order a Beach Club, which comes with turkey, double cheese, tomato, cucumber and iceburg lettice. I tell them hold the lettics and give me double meat. This initiates a 5 minute exchange (seriously) to clarify my request. How many slices do I mean by double meat? It already comes with double cheese. Do I want double, double cheese? Triple cheese? Sigh. Since I have a lifetime of professional writing expereince, I am pretty sure I am being clear. I finlly tell them to just make it and they do. But they never ask me if I want any other vegetable. That’s when I find out they charge for everything additional, even onions or peppers. Then I dicover they only have five vegetables. The cucumbers and tomatoes are sliced like paper so I essentially have a meat and cheese sandwich. Add to that, the counter is covered by a stainless barrier so I cannot see them making my sandwich. What are they hiding? Am I not allowed to have any input? All the while, the manager is sweeping the floor, undoubtedly raising dust in the air as my lunch is being prepared. If this was the last reastaurant open, I would go to a soup kitchen. There are reasons why these people have the lowest Google rating of any Jimmy John's in the Cinci area.

  I did a mobile order for an unwich - a lot of times at other restaurants, lettuce wrapped items can get pretty messy while eating, but that was not the case here! The unwich was wrapped very nicely, and it seemed to even have the same amount of fillings as the regular sandwich. The service was also very quick (it didn’t seem to be busy at the time I ordered though). I would definitely order again from here

  Much lower quality than I expected from JJ. Out of ingredients, disorganized, skimping on meat.
