    This location is owned by a very good and passionate person. The economics of the business are difficult especially with the current labor market (or lack there of). I would continue to give this business an opportunity as I’m sure they will find solutions to better serve their market. Not only that, Jimmy John’s is just so darn tasty. Freaky Fast was a stupid marketing gimmick that not even the most well oiled machine could achieve.

    Don't order delivery, it's far too complicated for them to handle. Waited an hour and half just to be lied to and have to call and cancel another half hour later. Pathetic.

    This location runs out of their French bread all of the time, then charges you full price for a sandwich that’s half the size. It’s become a joke in our family at this point. Just go to a different location

    The cashier was on his phone and wearing headphones. He didn't hear anything I said until he took them off. Poor customer service.
