  I just wanted yo thank the nice lady who sacrificed to keep Jimny John's open on a severe snow storm. You helped feel our care staff that were working, and you kept them fed on a day where no other businesses were open. Thank you so much! And I hope you get a raise for your sacrifice.   They charge you $5 for delivery then there is never a driver to bring it to you. The manager who called to tell me that my order would not be coming took zero responsibility made zero apology and made the excuse its hard to get people to come to work when they don't want to. Sounds like he doesn't even want to be there. So if the employees dont want to come to work and don't bother to work when they are then my business is gone forever. Maybe you should ask yourself do you really want to eat somewhere no one wants to be...

  I was charged almost $18 for a regular sub with a combo of chips and a drink. I’m entirely sure I was overcharged but it is what it is. I will not be coming back to Jimmy John’s and I highly recommend everyone else follow suit. Scamming customers is NEVER the correct action.
