Everything tastes fresh, and the customer service is top of the line - right up there with Chick-fil-a. From the moment you walk in, you are always greeted, welcomed, and served with a smile. It is truly a magical experience each time I enter a Graeter's. Every single flavor I have tried is top tier for its class. Every specialty drink (like blended coffees, lemonades, etc.) are fantastic and flavorful. I wouldn't come here for the pastries, but they are still very good.

Came during a quiet Thursday afternoon and the service was excellent . The ice cream was super creamy and the chocolate chips were soft which was a nice departure. We had chocolate chip and double dark brownie fudge.
