After I was served, a group of boys started badgering the workers, asking for “Ashton samples”, basically huge spoons of ice cream. The workers handled the situation extremely well, and did not escalate the situation. They gave the boys slightly larger samples, still using the sample spoons, and the kids kept complaining. When Ashton walked up to the front, they all cheered and Ashton gave them big spoonfuls of samples. This not only undermined the credibility of the workers who were doing their best and following standards, but it also enabled this group of boys to be disrespectful and disruptful. I love this location and come with my girlfriend often but this type of behavior isn’t okay.
