I was interested in the Salted Caramel flavor but wasn’t sure how it tasted, so I politely asked if it was too sweet. The staff member responded, then walked over to the corner where other employees were standing and started laughing. It made me feel uncomfortable and as if my question was annoying. As a new customer simply trying something different, I expected a more welcoming and helpful response. Unfortunately, this experience didn’t reflect good customer service. I hope the staff can be more considerate and professional with customers in the future.
