    Jan 2. Worst chocolate soda I ever had. Miniscule amount of ice cream, and little to no chocolate syrup. They must be padding the bottom line. Will visit any other location before this one.

    This was a cool place to try out. My sister loves this place and we were visiting and wanted to try it out too. I love my salted caramel and sugar cone. The place smelled so yummy and was comfy place. Service was also great too. Would recommend to anyone for a sweet tooth.

    Assuming you know that Graeter's Ice Cream is fantastic, I stumbled into the shop at Edwards Rd and Erie Ave at the Hyde Park Square fountain for a fix and found that this location is particularly cool. Sort of a "throw back" vibe of an ice cream shop, a very vibrant old world, old fashioned feel. Lot's to look at, very pleasing light, enough tables to linger and enjoy your treat. Even if you have to park a ways it's a fun neighborhood to walk around in. In a world of bare bones staff there was a plethora of workers ready to help us and then dish up our chosen treat. I usually try to get names but a guy and at least three or more girls were all pleasant and working as a team and there were more in the back. Since I didn't get any names I will mention it was Saturday August 23rd early evening. One staff was being trained i believe and yet she was pleasant and helpful and got assistance when checking on something I asked and all were delightful. Be sure to look around the store and eye all the tempting treats that abound, and enjoy your ice cream / sundae / shake whatever you choose.

    Short changed me on my serving size and no bathrooms. Literally had to wash my hands in the drinking fountain after. Will never return.
