I always get the same burger every order and it's always wonderful. Today got my burger for the road because I Uber. Started to eat it and found it loaded with pickles and mayo. Neither of those were on my order. I can't eat pickles so had to throw the sandwich out. I couldn't take it back since I was on the way to pick up a passenger. It was order #28. I tried calling the restaurant and you can't get through.

Good customer service, but this is the second time I’ve visited and the quality isn’t the same. I ordered two burgers and the ingredients were mixed up (toppings swapped). Also, the fries used to be much more generous, which was one of the things that made Five Guys special. A bit disappointing.

I have met the manager at the Colerain location. He is personable, open to feedback and professional. There is a lively front cashier person who is kind, efficient, and a hard worker. I have only been in 4 times at the most. The grill service in the past ran by a Hispanic gentleman and woman has been exceptional. I stopped in today and neither were there, but I recognized a woman that served me a well done burger like I requested, and I asked her to please take care of my burger, she replied “no problem “ A tall black young man chose to ignore my request and proceeded to fix my order. It was rude, disrespectful and as a paying customer I will not be coming back for a while. It’s sad that the arrogance of 1 team member, that chooses to ignore a request, when it wasn’t crowded or backed up with orders, decides that he’s going to show “who’s boss” Customer service still matters. Per your “owner response” no other specific details are needed. My review was more than clear.
