The bacon bagel was okay; I should've opted for one egg instead of two. I did enjoy the Turkey sausage but should've chosen a different cheese; cheddar didn't make my sandwich better. Overall, Einstein Bros have great bagels and a quick spot to grab a healthier breakfast, if that's what you're looking for

My Oktoberfest breakfast sandwich had a bagel that felt like it was a few days old and the insides felt like they just came out of the refrigerator. This was my first and last experience with Einstein. Definitely miss Brueggers.

The regular bagels were dry and not tasty, they look like something you would get from a school lunch room and not what you would expect from a specialty bagel shop which charges a premium for their bagels. The premium bagels are where the taste is not just in the topping but the dough seems different too. They charge 80 cents more for them so maybe that is the business model, but they are so flat. If I want flat I will have a slice of bread. I wish Bruegger’s Bagels, owned by the same parent company as Einstein Bagels, did not leave, they were so much better even with their non-premium bagels. One vote for bringing back good bagels! I’ll pay the price if the bagel is good. For now I will seek out independent options, or even grocery store bagels. Thanks!
