    Mad house with the employees, nobody seemed to care it was taking 20 mins for drive thru orders, backed up in store and drive thru, long waiting for 2 bagels...

    I had Einstein Bagels delivered for lunch today. Gayle, is an awesome delivery driver! I find her to be prompt with her deliveries and I find her to have a pleasant personality! I look forward to Gayle delivering to me!

    I ordered a bagel with mayo, ham, cheese, and bacon for $7.99. And what i got was absolutely horrible nothing about this bagel was worth $8 they forgot the mayo it had one very thin slice of ham on it. So I doubt I will go back. Also the service took 23min to get my food they have absolutely no organization. They are all over each other in the back trying to make orders. It was not even that busy maybe 8 customers were in the building at the time. I would of returned it for my money back, but I was allready on the road headed to work when I noticed.     I have always ordered through DoorDash, about 12 times now and I get the same thing each time. I don’t know who was having a rough day but I’m disappointed. Wrong bagel, little meat…I’m paying nearly $11 for bread at this point.

    Ted makes the best drinks! This was my first time here. Coffee and food is amazing! Shout out to the whole staff everyone was so helpful, friendly and kind! Definitely going to come back.
