The good. Latte was tasty. Big cups. Large is a large. The staff was super friendly. The bad. Slow. I think when you order they put beans in the ground to grow. You wait while they grow and harvest them to make your coffee. Walked up. One group of 3 in front of us. Ordered. Drive thru was slow. One or two cars every once in a while. Waited 20 mins for 3 coffees.

Long wait times. Unfortunately I had to tell the employee that I waited too long and had to leave or else I would be late for work . I WAITED almost 30 mins before I left. they were unfortunately able to receive my business. If you are in a hurry for coffee, go somewhere else.

✨ THE TRAGEDY ON WINTON ROAD: A Saga of Ghost Drinks & Broken Dreams 💔 ☕ Listen, I am a person who loves glitter, disco balls, and spreading joy. I usually have the patience of a saint. But honey, this location is testing my spirit! Let’s start with the tea (or the Rebel, in this case): The Good: The "Broistas." They are sweet, they are trying their best, and they are angels in flannel. The Bad: Literally everything else involving logistics. I received a notification today for "Featured Drinks" and a fun Magnet Drop at 3 PM. I was feeling a little blue and needed a pick-me-up. So, being a strategic queen who knows that Winton Rd turns into a Mad Max traffic apocalypse when the school next door lets out, I arrived early. SCENE 1: The Ghost Menu 👻 I order the specific drink YOU advertised. The poor order taker is tapping on the iPad, but the drink doesn't exist on the screen. You invited us to the party but didn't tell the staff what was on the menu! It’s giving "chaos." It’s giving "unprepared." SCENE 2: The Great Magnet Denial 🛑 After navigating the confusion, I get to the window at 2:50 PM. Ten minutes early to beat the school traffic that blocks every neighboring business. I ask for the magnet. I. Was. Denied. I was told I could "wait" until 3:00. WAIT WHERE?! In the middle of the drive-thru lane? Shall I park sideways on Winton Rd? If I had 45 minutes to burn (which is your average wait time for a drink that takes 30 seconds to make), I wouldn't have come early! The Verdict: I drove away magnet-less, drink-less, and joy-less. This location is a time vortex where managers are invisible and efficiency goes to die. A 45+ minute wait for a soda is absurd. It doubles my lunch break. Dutch Bros: Fix your iPads, find your managers, and if a loyal customer survives your drive-thru gauntlet 10 minutes early on a merch day... just give them the plastic magnet. Signed, A Very Disappointed Local who just wanted some sparkle in their day. ✨

I ordered a strawberry lemonade with ice and instead received ice with strawberry lemonade. When i asked the lady if i could get less ice she said thats fine but i wouldnt be receiving anymore lemonade... The ice was so compact my straw couldnt go through... i understand how theyre in business, they sell you a beverage but 80% of that beverage is ice... maybe they should rebrand to flavored ice company. Terrible place. Terrible customer service. Spend your money somewhere else.

I’ve been to the Dutch bros in Phoenix, AZ and it is amazing. I learned that the Cincinnati location would be opening and was instantly excited. My boyfriend and I visited last Sunday and we spent more than 30 min in line which is ridiculous for a coffee shop that is mostly drive thru. I went again today and even though there were only 4 cars in line I still spent almost 30 min in line, and there was hair in my drink. This location needs a major reset. I am highly disappointed as it just opened not too long ago.
