  my orders are wrong every time i go to this location somehow. i got an iced coffee today and they forgot to put my flavoring in it??? and my sisters bagel was burnt and hard as a rock. also another time i went there, i had to have my coffee remade 3 times because it wasn’t right and i was in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. crazy.

  Ordered two donuts at 8:15 a.m., saw half a dozen employees inside, yelling back & forth at each other. There were NO other customers in the drive-through line... but the cashier told me to pull around to the front to wait for my order. I waited. Waited some more. Finally the bag was brought out to me - with no receipt. Both donuts were cold and stale. LATER I saw my card had been charged $15.17 - for TWO donuts. WHAT A SLOPPY operation. Never again.

  I don't not like this location, they asked me to pull the front, and they would bring my drink out. The front door which was blocking the drive thru. I waited 5 mins and I had to go in. Irritating 🙄

  This Dunkin has terrible service the employees play in the drive thru they are always cussing, arguing and very rude to each other. They are so busy playing that they get my order wrong every time and some guy in the drive thru window thinks it’s okay to play with customers how he does with his friends. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and I received a burnt bagel with nothing on it. This service here is unexceptable. I used to be a Dunkin employee and we could never act like this or provide this kind of service.

It’s refreshing to see a staff that truly cares about customer service and goes above and beyond to make sure every order is right and served with a smile. The store itself is bright, clean, and welcoming — perfect for grabbing a morning coffee or taking a quick break during the day. The service is impressively fast, even during the busy morning rush, which says a lot about their organization and teamwork. Now, let’s talk about the food — the doughnuts are always fresh and delicious, with a wide variety that makes it hard to choose just one! Whether you prefer classic glazed, chocolate frosted, or seasonal flavors, everything tastes freshly made. The breakfast sandwiches are hot, satisfying, and perfect for those on the go. And of course, the coffee is top-notch — rich, smooth, and perfectly brewed every time. From their signature hot and iced coffees to specialty espresso drinks, there’s something for everyone. Overall, this Dunkin’ Donuts has quickly become my go-to spot for a great start to the day. Excellent service, delicious food, and outstanding coffee — North College Hill finally has the Dunkin’ it deserves! Highly Recommended!
