Let me preface with this. My partner and I have been coming to this location for over a year every Saturday for breakfast before starting our weekend errands. The experience used to be good. The food and service also used to be good. But recently we had a very negative experience that sadly makes this Dunkin a location we will no longer patronize. About three or so weeks ago, we got our usual food and coffee orders. My partner went to add her snackin’ bacon onto her sandwich when she discovered a very dark hair. She then submitted a complaint to Dunkin regarding this matter. We decided to give them one more try and on the following week’s visit my partner encountered more hair in her food except this time, we were still in the parking lot to which she was able to address this with the staff inside the store. They refunded her. But this still was a cause for concern. My partner had to again message Dunkin corporate as the previous attempt did not garner any communication from this store. After a bunch of back and forth with the store manager, Shawna (sp?) there finally seemed to be some traction given with her stating her hours and days inside the store and advised that the other manager Sierra would be on site the days she herself was not in the store. Shawna advised us to come into the store and ask for either one of them to offer a way to make things right. Yesterday we went to this location and went inside. We requested either Shawna or Sierra, whichever one was available. We waited a few minutes and a team member came up to us asking if we needed help. My partner again communicated that she requested a manager regarding the email communication with the hair in the food. What ultimately ended up happening? Instead of the manager themselves coming out to speak to my partner, the MOD instead used their team member as a go-between and did nothing more but refund $6.07 to my credit card and nothing more. No apologies no nothing. We left feeling incredibly disappointed and ultimately disregarded as loyal customers to this location. If either one of you managers read this, I hope you understand how unprofessional it is to use one of your team members as a go-between instead of addressing the issue head on. Especially when this was a documented email conversation. We aren’t the kind of people to make a big fuss over things as a general rule, but when you’ve been spending money somewhere for a long time just to be treated this way over hygiene issues from your staff, we will no longer be coming to this location. Not that it means anything since this location isn’t hurting for customers. But be weary that the managers won’t speak to you directly if you have a problem. Very sad.

Brought my grandson here for a grandparent’s brunch I missed at his school! He insisted on me giving it five stars because it was magnificent and I had no problems doing so because it is! All of the staff was very friendly and I even had a chance to pay it forward to a nice senior citizen who was just out for a couple donuts and some milk!

This Dunkin went from being one of the best locations/absolutely awesome to utterly awful… and it happened almost overnight. Last Thursday, I stopped in for my morning coffee and there was one, literally only ONE staff member working at 7:15 in the morning; drive-thru was completely wrapped around the building, line inside was out the door. So I hadn’t gone back until today for an evening order after the gym thinking “Well, it’s the evening. I’m sure it can’t be bad.” WRONG. Went through the drive-thru, waited 10 minutes for my mobile order with only one person inside and one other car at the window. I pull up, get handed my drink, waited for my two Wake Up wraps, but instead the girl said “Have a nice day” as though the order was done. I tell her I ordered them, she gets someone else to help… who then proceeded to make them COMPLETELY wrong: wrong type of bacon AND put cheese on both when the order clearly said “No Cheese.” I went from recommending this location to almost everyone to now telling people to just go to Starbucks.

I have seen the worst treatment towards the dasher who are people who provide us with the service day by day to take our food home ... they should supervise their employees more and treat people with respect

They never have cold brew past 12pm (at least the last year). Struggle to put anything more than 3 pumps of flavor in a large (you can put 6 pumps but it'll still taste the same), and lately I've noticed that my cold brews are only half way full with the rest being cold foam...do better or shut it down. I drive 15 minutes out of my way to go to the one on beechmont! They keep it on point there.
