When I politely asked why it didn’t reflect less ice or caramel, she snapped: “Less ice just means more milk, not more latte. A lot of y’all think it means extra coffee, but it doesn’t.” I was confused and asked what she meant—next thing I know, two other employees jumped in to argue and “explain” the same thing in a condescending, nasty tone. Totally uncalled for and rude for no reason. I immediately asked for a refund, got my money back, and left. I’ll never return to this location—it’s consistently a mess. Stick to other Dunkins if you want decent service.

Second, the sandwich that i received should've never been served to anyone, not even a dog.. I basically paid 6 bucks and some change for a medium coffee, the manager took my food but issued NO refund... I was robbed by Dunkin Donuts on at 5301 Ridge Ave 45213 and the manager, needs not have any position of authority. She should be a regular employee and see if she likes to be yelled at like a child... I want my money back. O and they never gave me a receipt after my purchase.
