  They are slow.. I don’t know if it’s the trainer or understaffing. They will pull u up for 1 item. Also don’t give receipts

  No matter the time of day or the day of the week - these workers are on their A-game. This is the best most consistent Dunkin I’ve been to. The workers are all so kind, and if you’ve been waiting for even just a few minutes they will ask you what you are waiting on and will bring it right out. Love this Dunkin and their amazing workers so much!

  I ordered two medium iced lattes with less ice, oat milk, sugar, and caramel swirl. The cashier rang it up as plain iced lattes—no customizations showing on the screen. When I politely asked why it didn’t reflect less ice or caramel, she snapped: “Less ice just means more milk, not more latte. A lot of y’all think it means extra coffee, but it doesn’t.” I was confused and asked what she meant—next thing I know, two other employees jumped in to argue and “explain” the same thing in a condescending, nasty tone. Totally uncalled for and rude for no reason. I immediately asked for a refund, got my money back, and left. I’ll never return to this location—it’s consistently a mess. Stick to other Dunkins if you want decent service.

  I walked in to the manager yelling at the employees about trash, just rude. I would hate to work for her.. Second, the sandwich that i received should've never been served to anyone, not even a dog.. I basically paid 6 bucks and some change for a medium coffee, the manager took my food but issued NO refund... I was robbed by Dunkin Donuts on at 5301 Ridge Ave 45213 and the manager, needs not have any position of authority. She should be a regular employee and see if she likes to be yelled at like a child... I want my money back. O and they never gave me a receipt after my purchase.

  The staff treats customers terribly. I was there for over 10 minutes and no one came to help me, not even when I spoke to them. Another man arrived and they didn't attend to him either. It's like asking for free food, because they respond in a very rude and unfriendly way; they even make you feel uncomfortable.
