I find it hard to believe that the system is always down when this one person works. Why be open 24hrs if the system is always down? This use to be the best location when Natalie was the manager. It was clean and everyone that worked there knew what they were doing. It has went down hill since she's been gone. The new manager does absolutely nothing, I have no idea how she's even a manager. You're lucky if you get the right order and half the people there don't have a clue what they are doing. They just stare at you like you're from another planet. It's ridiculous I don't see them lasting if they don't turn it around. They have alot to work on. They definitely need a class on how to make a latte. This place is ridiculous.
