We ordered a To-Go Pizza tonight from this Donatos (manager - Kaylie) and were amazed at the amount of toppings and the absolute taste and enjoyment of our pizza. Thank you to the staff and management as I would highly recommend this Donatos / Pizza choice above all in the area (Loveland, Deerfield Township and Montgomery). You ALL are doing something right ! - LVLauren VascoDec 7, 20251.0Update: still haven’t gotten my refund working closely with Brian from Red Robin and Lianne from Donatos to get the refund completed - ordered this 11/28 and it’s now 12/24 still waiting on resolution. Update: after much back and forth Lianne reached out to me and was able to quickly resolve my issues - should have my refund by the end of the week, cannot explain how nice it was to actually get some customer service and support! Lianne was wonderful to work with, supportive and able to help, I really appreciate her and everything she did! Thank you Lianne! Horrible food and experience! Food nothing like what is pictured! Way Overpriced for quality of food. Soggy, cold, undercooked dough and wings - health hazard! No customer service trying to get issues resolved or a refund from Donatos or UberEats
