    Ordered pizza with banana peppers and received jalapeño peppers. Hung up on 4 times when trying to call the store but when finally reached an employee he said it will be 2 hours to redeliver or send a gift certificate in mail. This is crazy why do we have to wait 2 hours after we already waited? This redelivery should be priority as it is your mess up not mine.

    Last three times I have ordered (different days and times), I got a cancellation notice. When we did it on Door Dash, the same thing happened. It may be a good investment to work on shutting down the store for deliveries if they are understaffed etc. Very disappointing when the actual website allows you to order even though they are ready to cancel.

    I ordered 2 pizzas and one didn't have sausage on it. They put it on the ground outside and I specifically asked for hand delivery. I tried to call back several times to complain and you can't get through to speak to no one. I will never order from this location again.
