- KKKaylaNov 8, 20255.0So first things first shout out to HASIKEEM they are amazing! I had specially wrote on the notes for my delivery for it to be left at my door so I didn’t have to walk outside. Driver called me and asked me to come outside bc he was afraid that’s fine it’s cincinnati I understand but I waited outside for 20 minutes after he said 5. I also ordered chicken Alfredo that didn’t have any sauce on it and marinara sauce for my cheesy bread. I was also brought the wrong drinks. Did not receive the marinara. Was offered garlic butter instead. I called The store back After I received my order and the person that answered the phone so solved everything said that they would send someone new out with my missing/wrong items, and would deliver it to the second floor so I don’t have to walk down the stairs with a fractured ankle. Cameras on the finished pizza warmer stand will show I was never aggressive, nor provoked her. What is most disappointing is after filling out the email survey Domino’s sent me, there was no response from the franchise or Domino’s. Poor representation of the brand and customer service. Supervisor Darrius (sp?) was awesome and professional, and tried to make the best out of a bad situation that his manager created. This guy should be running the shift. Not the dramatic female manager with the long fake nails, which I believe is a Board of Health violation.
