I asked her to sweeten it with agave (like they do at the Beavercreek & Mason locations), her manager told her to charge us an additional charge (that I never had to pay at the other locations). We left the restaurant & went to the Mason location and had a much more pleasant experience. Not to mention, I did get my sweet tea with agave - at no extra charge!😝
