    They served us RAW chicken, on top of an order that had multiple half full containers and was also incorrect to start. We will never go back. I can't believe we were ever excited about a Chipotle on this side of town. It's never been good

    I have tried over and over again to use this chipotle and every time it’s horrible for any take out at least. They always forget something, the portions are poor, etc. Yesterday was the worst though. We got actual raw chicken, so I am sure others have too. So beware you may get sick from this place. We are giving up, not going back to the chipotle.

    Ordered veggie bowls. Meat was mixed in with beans. Something was extremely salty and could not eat. This Chipotle is terrible!

    I waited in line only to find out they were out of fajitas, black beans, corn salsa, and guacamole. The staff said they wouldn’t be making more and had run out of several ingredients, even though it was only 9:15 p.m. and they didn’t close until 11. I ended up driving about five miles to the Chipotle on Colerain Avenue, where everything was available and fresh, except for the vinaigrette.
