  Tried to go today at 11:45, when they’re supposed to be open. All doors locked. Employees just staring while a larger and larger crown builds outside. Not one of them came to the door, or acknowledged the presence of their customers. No sign on the door or anything. If they were short-staffed, had equipment issues, etc all they had to do was put up a sign to let their customers know, but instead they chose to waste people’s time and not have enough common decency and courtesy to communicate with customers. Extremely poor customer service and management decision.

  VERY rude, i went up and a worker said she didn’t have no white rice or chicken and i said that was fine. i continue on with my order and she puts almost a whole bowl of rice and i ask her to take some out and she looks at me like im stupid. then wants to give me 3 pieces of steak like huh. then i continue and i ask for corn and she said she don’t have any. i then tell her i don’t want it anymore and i start to walk out because you should have told me from the BEGINNING all of what you didn’t have, mind you it wasn’t close to close and you should’ve restocked when they seen it was low, which is what they do at any other chipotle. all the workers then yelled at me as i was walking out. VERY rude obviously do not know how to do their job ANY of them.

  This is the absolute worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. They literally have like half the staff they need. All the ingredients are always out. Line take forever. Never going to this one again. Go to the one on winton they are fully staffed and rarely out of anything. The managers at colraine are pathetic.

  Literally the worse. Whoever manages this place needs to train on how to move at a faster pace and be respectful. It’s crazy how they are always out of something. No chicken sorry.. no cheese.. like what?!?!

  This is not the best location. The manager does communicate well when there is an issue with the system or if they run out of certain foods. I try to avoid this location.
