- AEAT EM2 days ago3.0Always crowded, lines long, you would think that means fresh. Food looks old, had to ask for fresh food to be brought out. Cooked very well. Needs to look cleaner and more inviting. Counter needed to be wiped down. It Is okay to wait one more minute to wipe down instead of sliding food bowls down through the previous order. Everyone was pleasant. Food did taste good. Someone also needs to tend to dining room constantly.

They never fail to disappoint. Beyond incompetent staff, consistently out of cheese or corn or perhaps lying to make people leave. Rice is too hard or soggy, the food doesn't even taste consistent with other chipotle's, it's disgusting slop. The only thing they are good at is being consistently bad. Go see for yourself. This place needs to be shut down or put under new management.

One item was missing black beans, but had a RIDICULOUS amount of sour cream on it to 'compensate' Even if they were totally out of black beans (unlikely), the solution is NOT to double a random ingredient!? I'm truly just baffled at how it happened, and eating the burrito bowl was more like eating cottage cheese because of just how much sour cream there was. This wasn't the first time I experienced "missing one ingredient, double another" and it's just really bizarre that it isn't a one-off fluke.

I specifically ask him if he could give me “heavy cheese” instead of this goofy giving me a lot he literally sprinkles a little bit of cheese on top of my food…ig he was having a bad day and I could care less idk if you all are trained to give a certain portion that is fine but please don’t play in people’s face and we are paying for food…it literally costs zero dollars to open your ears and listen…he also asked the girl who scooped my chicken did i get double chicken and she acted like she didn’t know…girl you just made it and why are you asking her and not confirming with me…chipotle goes up on pricing and skimps the customers…normally I would walk out and leave the food at the counter right before I'm supposed to pay for it…if I feel like my time is being wasted I'll return the favor and have you waste food…
