  Slowest chipotle this side of the Mississippi. My goodness. If there’s 5 people in front of you in like prepare for a 25 minute wait

  Me and my girlfriend go in for an order. The guy in front of us gets five bows and request white rice. The worker only put two white rice in two other three bowls. We were also getting white rice, so I asked a worker if they were at a white rice. The cook in the back behind the worker said we got you on white rice but because the guy in front of us was Hispanic he wasn't aware that he just got played on three bowls and only got two white rice and three brown rice all because the workers didn't want to fill the white rice bow up. When the worker said that they didn't have any more white rice we decided we were going to leave and that's when the cook in the background said we have white rice and a quiet manner so the Hispanic guy in front of us couldn't hear it although he probably didn't know English anyway. When we started to make our food the lady sprinkled chicken crumbs on my girlfriend's bow l, I simply asked her for a little bit more chicken because the chicken that was on the bowl was burnt and it was crummy. The worker then put a little bit more chicken on the bow and then when we get up to the front the worker said charge for double chicken on both bowl. This restaurant does not care about their jobs nor the customers. It is always something with this place. I go to this restaurant a lot because I really like the store manager she is Nice. However I just think that the company gets way too many employees coming and going and they are not aware on how a bowl should be properly made. One day I will go there and get what I consider is fair The next day I would go there and get what I consider dog food. This place is a coin toss and it always lands on the side that you don't want. One out of five stars

  Worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. The staff were rude, the portions were extremely small, and the food looked like scraps. I asked for extra chicken, was charged for it, but was given barely a quarter of a scoop. The restaurant was also dirty and poorly maintained. Very disappointing.

  This is a terrible restaurant. I had to wait half an hour for my food, which I refused. When they tried to charge me, how is it possible that they start playing with the food right in front of you, mixing it up like it's a kindergarten where they have to play with the food so you'll buy it? My stomach could do that! I don't understand why they're such awful workers, why they're so slow. If they can't handle the job, they should just hire more people. It's really frustrating to see this, always a long line waiting and then see so many people leave without their food.
