  I eat chiptole at least once a week maybe even twice but today I went to two different locations. One location was out of rice and was a 30 mins wait had no chimichurri 😩👎 then the second location I had a piece of plastic in my food i damn near swallowed it and chocked. And they also didnt have any vinaigrette. I reached out to customer service and I am definitely waiting on a response.

  Let me just say that I know this establishment makes way too much money for the lack of work these people do. This is by far the laziest Chipotle I have ever visited. If you want to pick up your food from the app, be ready to be kept waiting as they don’t leave the food on the pickup stand you have to go up to the counter and ask in person. There will be a hoard of employees who all know you’re simply waiting for your food they will talk amongst themselves pretend you’re not there, and after an uncomfortable amount of time one of six employees will finally look in your direction and pretend like they didn’t keep you waiting. I know that most of the employees are college age and do not get paid enough, but just give me my food. I should not have to stand waiting for you to finish your conversation. I should not have to shout or yell for your attention. If you want to keep the food by the prep station, fine. But when a customer comes up don’t ignore them while half the team is in the back cracking jokes and acting like they don’t see you.

  Absolutely unacceptable. The rice was musty, pasty, and downright disgusting. The food was cold, the portion was a joke for the price, and it was completely inedible. My coworker and I had no choice but to throw it away and skip lunch. I’ve never written a bad review before, but this place earned it. Total waste of money. This was 02/05/25. I had already sent a message to management but I pretty sure they don’t even care. Update: Don’t send me the contact us website. I clearly said that had already contacted and complained about the issue and nothing was done.

  As this was 31 dec Evening I thought i will have a bowl with chicken n all , while the server was filling my bown I found all the meat was heavily burnt, I asked the server girl , she said no its ok . She packed the bowl and I came back to my hotel back , thought i will have great evening, but when i started eating food, found the chicken was heavily burnt and can’t eat that , instead chewed like a bubble gum, and dumped the whole bowl as it was not eatable, she could have told me to other outlets This was really a disappointing experience on 31 eve
