Frozen tomato salsa, hard/overcooked white rice, ran out of shells or tortillas, chicken is hard not easy to eat and or burnt. They are constantly out of several items which of course is never conveyed up front. Additionally, im so sick of doing online orders here. They make them half the size of your order if you order in person. So of course nobody does online orders and then there's massive lines, flustered employees, and angry customers. It's so simple, just make the online orders a full portion and people will use it more reducing the line and stress for employees. I don't get why that's so complicated. Literally got a burrito from an online order today that's barely the size of a potato.
