  The manager was great. The girl behind the line (Jaida or something similar) refused to make my order, skipped over me and ignored me because she didn’t want to change her gloves. Rude and refused to serve me for a simple request. Lazy.

  It opens at 10:45, and at 11:00 we got there and saw from the car that the worker was locking the front door so we couldn’t go in 🤔

  Ordered a bowl had to tell him three times to add rice just to get the proper amount, then was shorted on my chicken so I asked for extra and was shorted then when I say something the non chalant worker next to him says it’s his first day like that’s any excuse to why my bowl wasn’t being made proper ,new or not, then I ask for lite tomato’s just to get the same amount of tomatoes as chicken so that was confusing long story short if yall don’t have a set proportion yall need to because the fact my bowl is smaller than it usually is and I eat chipotle four day a week at multiple locations and never had an issue until today with new and non chalant workers is crazy because I don’t know if she was the manager or what but her approach was nasty and rude and I’m not one of her little friends or associates I’m a paying customer and the way I paid the correct total I expected my food and service to be correct as well. Will never go to that location again or recommend anyone else too horrible service

  Honestly really disappointed about this store i used to come in here all the time after work but since they got that new manager at night it’s been ridiculous you can tell the whole store doesn’t even know what to think I was trying to ask her what was taking so long and she just flat out ignored me she was trying to bag orders but gave them out all wrong n people kept coming back wandering what the heck and you can’t really be mad at the crew if that’s who is running the shift luckily the one girl with long hair just ended up helping me so I got out of there won’t be coming back tho maybe il check it out in a couple months to see if red head is gone!

  Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Over the years the folks working there are consistently sour and confrontational, with customers and with each other. Love Chipotle food so I check back periodically to see if maybe, just maybe it’s turned around, but still no. They didn’t have a bunch of items (an hour wait on guacamole?) which is weird because it seems like the whole virtue of having those metal replaceable containers is that when things get low they can have a reserve prepared ahead of time. Come on corporate restaurant, you’re supposed to be better than this, if nothing else than providing a work atmosphere that doesn’t make me feel like your employees are about to break out in a brawl with each other.
