  So many violations in the photos shown. Cutting food in front of the public, cleaning spray by the food and numerous times woman walked away from her knife. Very unsettling especially if the health inspector came! Food was marginal at best. Not sure I’d come back here it’s gone downhill over the years

  This was the worst experience i think ive ever had at a restaurant. We arrived around 6:50pm, didn’t get greeted until after 7pm.. it looked a little busy so we understood at first. When we finally put our drinks in, it was around 7:05pm and we also put in some fried pickles.. Well she finally comes back with the rest of the drinks around 7:20 and asked if we needed more time before we order.. it had been 30 minutes already no we don’t need more time?.. so we put in our food and already i’m concerned because tables around me are complaining that their food took 45 minutes and somehow was still cold. So now we wait, and wait, and wait.. mind you we have two young kids with us, and we wait. we did ask about our fried pickles but were told the kitchen is backed up and they shouldn’t be long.. when they brought the fried pickles they left the ticket on them and it showed she didn’t actually ring them in until 7:23pm when she rang in the food.. well we finally get our food around 8:05pm, although one of our people did not receive their food until almost 8:30, TWENTY MINUTES after everyone else, and of course we were all finished. mind you the food did in fact come out cold so we just got boxes to attempt to reheat it at home. my biggest problem wasn’t that it was busy, i understand that happens sometimes.. my problem was that our server and manager acted like this was normal and was not apologetic at all. The manager said she’d give us a $25 gift card as if we’d wanna come back. we declined the gift card so she gave us our check with everything still on it, including the meal that took over an hour to receive. we definitely will not come back here. their servers need more training and their manager needs to pay more attention. it shouldn’t take an over an hour for everyone to receive a few boneless wings, and if it does.. i’d expect the manager take it seriously instead of throwing a gift card at the problem. she never even came to talk to us.

  We got food delivered we normally love the food in person or delivery but tonight the food was cold and was all thrown together. The delivery guy was on time so i cant say that it was his fault for cold food and i have never seen cheeseless cheesesticks but thats what we got for out dinner we decided on Buffalo wild wings because Burger King's food at this time is a brick in a bun with unsalted french fries

  I waited 27 minutes past the estimated pickup time for my takeout order, only to discover that my food had been sitting unattended on the pickup counter the entire time. During the brief moments when an employee was present at the takeout counter, I gave her my name, but no one checked or provided my order. Unfortunately, this has been the trend the last two times I’ve ordered takeout from this location. After this experience, I chose not to take the food, as it had been sitting out and I no longer had confidence in its quality. I spoke with an employee—unsure if they were a manager—and was told I would receive a refund in a few days. I hope that follows through. This experience reflects a lack of organization and attention to customers waiting for takeout orders. I would strongly recommend improving the pickup process so orders are handed directly to customers rather than left unattended.

  Ordered a carry out 1 day in advance for Super Bowl. Upon arriving I was told no order under my name. Worker implied I called wrong store. I showed worker my call history. Worker said only managers take carry out orders for Super Bowl. Worker did correct my issue. Now I’m waiting an extra 15 minutes. Upon picking up my corrected order worker says manager says sorry he was the one who took my phone order and you did nothing wrong. I know I didn’t do anything wrong and why did the manager send the worker to apologize for his mistake? Unprofessional!
