Early dinner at 430pm on a Saturday.
Place was only about 25% occupied, food was cold, short staffed, They comp'd 1/2 our check.

Ladie was great that took are order but the chicken was so crunchy, we had to send it back and then when we got our new one, there was a few pieces that was good.But the rest was still really crunchy.And you couldn't eat it i got the honey garlic boneless wings

We have never gotten a correct order from take out. And we always end up waiting 45+ more minutes then quoted. It has consistently been super slow service.

Came in with about 3 other girls after a football game. We had a good time and just did the usual things teenagers do, order food, talk, laugh, get the bill. Once we got our bill, she asks to take it in front of us and we all have cash and separate checks and ask for money back (mind u my two friends just tipped 20-25%), she scoffs and says “wow thats crazy” then proceeds to throw/slam the cash back on the table. They handed her a 20 on a 10$ bill so obviously they’re gonna ask for cash back? Does she expect 100%? The suggested tip goes up to 2.20 on the bill. Then proceeds to ask us if we’re in high school and we say yes and she says “thats why”. My friend then has a 20 with a $15 bill and she looks over when it’s her turn to pay and before my friend can even say anything she says “how much cash do you want back, 19?”, even though she was planning on giving her a 33% tip and STILL did after everything. It was very obvious that she purposely asked us if she could just take our bill in front of us just to say that to our face. I ended up taking out my tip and only keeping a couple cents in there as the tip since that service is unacceptable, i’ve worked in waitressing before and I have never once talked to a customer like that. Our waitress name was Isabelle and she had black hair taking our table near pickup at 9:33.
