One important thing needs attention is restroom cleanliness. The hand dryer is all busted up. The toilets are always nasty. Every time. The restrooms need to be checked on more often. I cannot use the toilet!!! Cant be sitting on that.

I placed my food order and got a beer and the bartender didnt talk to me until i was ready to check out. So crappy service and on top of that you dont ever get a free dessert for your birthday unless you spend more than $15. Geez just overall crappy service on BWWs part.
